Enemies build up a "Resistance" to the same attack. Watch when they attack, and just as THEIR combo finishes, start your combo.Ĥ. you need to be the "Bridge" between your allies combos. This sets your allies to "Charge forward"ģ. Pusing up sets your allies to "Focus attacks" on your target. In combat, push UP on the strategy button, for me because I used a controller it was the left stick. Select your characters to go to Close Combat and "Go All Out"Ģ. You'll get red damage numbers instead of white or slightly blue.ġ.

This makes it so every other attack is not "resisted" even if it's an element that the opponent normally resists. Always start with an attack that the enemy is weak against. This is almost necessary as some combos knock the enemy too far away from you to keep hitting them, so you need to dash forward to keep the combo going.ĥ. It increases the amount of SC your foward dash uses, but it makes it so the forward dash actually adds a hit to your combo and deals hitstun. There's a battle action that turns your forward dash into an attack. Some spells that have lingering damage, like spells that knock enemies into the air, can be spell canceled into combos.Ĥ. This resets your animation and allows you to keep attacking, and leads to faster recovery from your own attacks. Spell cancelling is hitting the Arte button as a seraph to start charging a spell, but the moment it starts to charge up, tap forward to dash out of it. This can be activated on hit 3 or hit 7, giving you the SC to continue your combo and keep it going.ģ. Its not impossible, but this gives you +4 combos, turning your 4 hit to an 8 hit max chain on your own.Ģ, There's a battle action called Blast chain that says on every 3rd hit in a 4 hit combo, you can hold RT to give yourself +50 SC and reset your attack string back to the first hit and keep going. Get 4 of the same skill on an equipment set, and do this 4 times. some of this stuff is kind of unknown, but here's what I do.ġ. The best way to do combos is to use skill fusion and blast gauges.
